What to do with your bangs

My favorite way to use Hair Springs is to keep my bangs out of my eyes.

Do you do this?  You cut some bangs and think you will like them and you do, you like how they look and you have fun styling them and then they grown a fraction of an inch and you feel like you can't see anymore? I do.

So when that happens, back the bangs go.

Here are two ways I do it.

First, three Springs making a little poof in the front.  I think this is called a pompadour:

I do a variation of this a lot.
Sometimes I twist the hair, some times I let it lie flat, sometimes I pull the hair to the side. . . there are lots of different things you can do.

Second: a messy bun, with three springs keeping those front hairs flat and away from my face, no poof in the front this time.

You can try it, too.

I wear these ALL.THE.TIME!

Did you know that I wear these ALL THE TIME?

When I got my first Hair Springs I thought, "These are so going in my hair."  Which they did.

But then I had a new baby girl who actually HAD HAIR when she was born. We still don't know how this happened, anyone related to me will understand (especially on my dad's side of predominantly toe-headed kiddos).  We just don't have a lot of babies with hair.

So I did what I HAD to do.  Since this baby girl had hair, how could I NOT see if one of these hair thingees would work in her hair?

You can understand.  =)

So I tried it and it was adorable, and no one asked me if my little girl was a boy, because she had some sparkle on her head clearly yelling at onlookers, "It's a girl! It's a girl! It's a girl!"  Yes the sparkle actually yelled.

Anyway, long story short.  I use them and I am NICE enough (wink) to let my three "doddies" or "daughties", (my nickname for my daughters) use them too.

I just thought you may like to see one way that I use them.  Thus, the included photograph.

So what did I do and what should you do should you choose to copy me?
Just made three twists in my hair. And if you don't already know how to do that you can use this tutorial:
I just did it on the top of my head instead of the side. . you get the idea. . AND I used Hair Springs at the back of the twists instead of hiding a bobby pin inside of it.

In case you are wondering, I have three black Springs in  my hair. I prefer black and champagne colors for me, I think they are a little more grown up, but I do wear the brighter colors, too, just not as often.
